• دائماَ في مجموعة الحواج "رضاؤكم هدفنا".
• يسرنا استبدال أي منتج مازال صالحاً لإعادة البيع – لذا يرجى إحضار إيصال المشتريات خلال خمسة عشر يوماً من تاريخ الشراء و سيتم استبدال المشتريات بمنتج آخر أو الحصول على قسيمة شراء بنفس القيمة المدفوعة عند شرائها بشرط أن تكون هذه البضائع داخل مغلفها الأصلي.‬
• ‬‬يمكن استرجاع قيمة المشتريات بنفس طريقة السداد في حالة وجود رصيد الدفع الأصلي على أن يكون المنتج في نفس حالة وقت الشراء.
• لا يمكن استبدال مستلزمات الزينة والحلي أو مستحضرات التجميل والعناية بالبشرة، إلا في حالات عيوب التصنيع.
• بالنسبة للساعات: تستبدل الساعات خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ الشراء مع إحضار إيصال الشراء على أن تكون بالمغلف الأصلي وبطاقات الضمان والصيانة.
• لن يتم استبدال أي منتج في حالة تعرضه للكسر أو الخدش.

• Resalable Goods returned within 15 “Fifteen days only” will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note. Ensuring that the returned goods are in their original packaging and supported by the original payment receipt.
• Refund can be done with the same payment type, with original invoice and items with salable conditions.
• Watches could be exchanged within 3 “Three days only” from the date of purchase and must be returned with all the original packaging materials, manuals or registration cards should be in resalable condition.
• The goods will not be exchanged if it’s incomplete, damaged, or scratched.
• No exchange will be offered on accessories – cosmetics or skin care products except the defective items.
